Uralkhimmash DG to Resign Early

The Director-General of Uralkhimmash Sergey Tsarapkin is going to resign before the end of his term. This issue will be considered at the BOD meeting scheduled for June 14, 2012.
Tsarapkin only became the DG in October 2011.
In addition to this, the agenda of the BOD meeting covers issues relating to the election of BOD Chairman, Deputy BOD Chairman, and the new Director-General.
