Russia’s Federal Financial Markets Service decided to halt the issue of Yekaterinburg-based E.S. Yalamov Ural Mechano-Optical Plant Production Association’s inconvertible interest-bearing certified bearer bonds (Series 04). The bonds were distributed through a public offering; the state serial number is 4-02-55470-Е dated February 2, 2012.
