Koltsovo Airport intends not to pay any share dividend for 2011. This was a recommendation to the company’s stockholders from the Board of Directors. The recommendation was adopted by five votes, with three BOD members voting against this.

The AGM has been scheduled for June 29, 2012 and is to take place in Yekaterinburg.
