UMMC to Hand Serov Plant’s Shares over to Gazprombank as Security

Ural Mining & Metallurgical Company (UMMC) is planning to hand the shares of A.K. Serov Metallurgical Plant’s shares over to Gazprombank so that they can serve as a security. This issue will be considered at UMMC BOD meeting today.
The meeting will also be dedicated to estimating the market value of the plant’s shares.
