Enel OGK-5’s Board of Directors suggested that the company’s stockholders should vote for passing last year’s dividend at the upcoming AGM. The annual general meeting has been scheduled for June 20, 2012.

The BOD also confirmed the agenda of the meeting: the stockholders are to approve of the annual report and the annual accounting report, to elect the new BOD members and the company’s audit committee, select an auditor, adopt the new version of the company’s Charter, and approve of a number of related party transactions.
