Russia’s Federal Antimonopoly Service considered the petition placed by Luxembourg-based holding company ITW Participations Sarl regarding the acquisition of a 99.9% stake in Penta-Ural, the Yekaterinburg-based artificial resin, primary plastics, industrial chemicals, synthetic rubber and resin, and polymeric materials trader, and decided to approve of the transaction.
