The order of Russia’s Federal Financial Markets Service Ural Federal District Division No. 62-11-1195/pz-i dated September 16, 2011 allowed Sverdlovsk Region-based Linde Uraltechgaz (Primary State Registration Number 1026602949647, registered at the United State Register of Legal Entities as a securities issuer) not to reveal confidential data in accordance with Article 30 of the Federal Securities Market Act.
