Deposit Insurance Agency State Corporation extended the deadline for TyumenEnergoBank to settle its debts with the top priority creditors till October 25, 2011, the corporation reports.

At the same time, the bank now has to pay back 23.5% rather than just 13% of the total amount of sums claimed by its creditors.
