EVRAZ KGOK BOD suggests passing dividend

Evraz Kachkanarsky Ore Mining and Processing Enterprise’s Board of Directors recommended that the company’s shareholders vote for passing the dividend for the year 2010 at the upcoming AGM.

The annual general meeting is set for June 30, 2010.
