The Supervisory Board of Bank VTB 24 decided to convert some of its regional subsidiaries into simple operational offices. The decision to this extent involved the bank’s branches in Kazan, Perm, Kemerovo, Cherepovets, Nizhniy Novgorod, and Irkutsk.
