According to TyumenEnergoBank, their subsidiary Recard Tyumen Ltd. had to be closed down in compliance with the Provision on disclosure of information by the securities issuers. TyumenEnergoBank owned 49% of the former company’s authorized capital. The dissolution of Recard Tyumen Ltd. was performed through registering the event with the United State Register of Legal Entities.
