UrBC, Yekaterinburg, September 5, 2019. Sverdlovsk Region and Chelyabinsk Region are now on the list of Russian constituencies with the most polluted soil, Russia’s Nature Ministry’s report On the Russian Federation’s Environment & Environmental Protection in 2018 states. Saint Petersburg, North Ossetia, Primorsky Territory, Novgorod Region, and Murmansk Region are also on the list.
