March 29, 2013. On March 21, 2013, UBT-Uralvagonzavod and SPLAV Scientific & Production Association demanded that a new Director-General be elected at Motovilikhinskiye Zavody, UBT-Uralvagonzavod’s press service reports. The two enterprises sent their joint demand to hold an extraordinary general meeting to the plant.
