RENOVA Group intends to consolidate a 100% shareholding in Yekaterinburg Non-Ferrous Metals Processing Plant; the latter has already received a proposal to this effect. In fact, RENOVA already owns 71.294% of the plant’s shares. The plant was offered to sell the said securities for 800 RUR apiece.
