Sverdlovsk Region division of Russia’s Federal Financial Markets Service in Ural Federal District imposed a fine on Uralmashzavod (Taxpayer Identification Number 6672346635) for violating the existing regulations for share-issuing procedures (Article 15.17 of Russia’s Administrative Offense Code).
