Rosset’s Federal Grid Company United Energy System is about to complete preparing all of its electric mains and power facilities in Western Siberia for the upcoming fall/winter season’s maximum workload. Russian Copper Company Upgrades Processing Plant in Orsk

Russia: Used Car Prices Down 5.8%
