Rosset’s Federal Grid Company United Energy System is now working on new SF6 circuit breakers at Zvezdnaya, one of Udmurtia’s largest 220-kilowatt substations, the company press service reports. Ural Federal District: Loan Fraud Losses At 1.07bn RUR

TMK’s Scrap Metal Supply Up 10.6%
