UrBC, Moscow, October 11, 2010. Russia’s Federal Financial Markets Service decided not to allow OAO Yamal Aviation Company based in Salekhard, Yamalo-Nenetkiy Autonomous Region, to go through with the launch and state registration of an extra issue of ordinary registered non-certificated shares.
