UrBC, Yekaterinburg, August 24, 2010. ZAO Chelyabinsk Boiling Machinery Plant has been declared a dishonest supplier by Primorskiy division of Russia’s Federal Antimonopoly Service. The reason this decision was taken was that the plant won a 14.85-million-ruble boiler-supplying tender run by Nakhodka city council but backed out of delivering the boiler and the accompanying machinery.
