UrBC, Moscow, August 12, 2010. Integra Group (LSE: INTE) and United Capital Partners (UCP) group of companies announced the completion of a transaction through which Integra sold its Yekaterinburg-based drilling machine-manufacturing business. The transaction was officially announced on June 4, 2010 and stated that Integra was to sell its 100% shareholding in ZAO URBO to UCP for $40m plus transaction expenses compensation. Вернуться назад |
