The current PR Director of Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK) Alexei Sotskov might become the spokesperson for Governor of Sverdlovsk Region Alexander Misharin. However, the news has not been officially confirmed yet. Alexei Sotskov was born in 1979. He graduated from the Department of Journalism of Ural State University and worked at Regional Television.
