Sverdlovsk Region Arbitration Court recently declared a Pervouralsk-based metalwork manufacturer insolvent. The plant will now have to undergo six-month bankruptcy proceedings, to be completed on March 6, 2010. As a matter of fact, the plant itself had placed its bankruptcy application with the court.
