Sverdlovsk Region Arbitration Court will soon resume hearing of the claim laid by Bank VTB’s Yekaterinburg branch against Pnevmostroymashina and PSM-Gidravlika regarding the latter’s 103,529,527.77-ruble debt. The bank also insists on having the defendants’ mortgaged property arrested. The property in question is made up of a detached building with an adjacent passageway and a total area of 4,266.2 sq m and a 4,982-square-meter land allotment, both of which are located at 8E Sibirskiy Tract 1 km St. in Yekaterinburg. As a matter of fact, Pnevmostroymashina applied for bankruptcy on September 3, 2009; its creditors’ numerous claims (including the ones laid by foreign creditors) are estimated to amount to more than 700 million RUR.
