A BOD meeting at Nizhneserginskiy Hardware Plant resulted in the decision to terminate the powers of the company’s General Director Vladimir Butenko on July 22, 2007. Mr. Butenko is going to be succeeded by Sergey Ivanitsa on July 23, 2007.
