Alexander Frolov was appointed Evraz Group CEO/President after the corresponding decision had been taken at the general annual meeting. The company’s Board of Directors reassured the press that Mr. Frolov was also going to stay BOD Chairman; in addition, Dmitriy Menshikov was appointed the company’s Secretary, Evraz Group’s press officer reports.
