PROFSTAL Industry Group JSC has acquired an 83.5% share holding of Chelyabinsk Shaped Steel Apron Works. These shares include an 81.1% share holding that PROFSTAL bought from the Chairman of the Board of Directors Igor Svezhentsev. The share holding was acquired on October 5, 2006.
