The members of the Bank’s Board and some top managers decided to redistribute their shares in the company’s authorized capital. Deputy General Director Zoë Koshalko, for instance, increased her share holding from 7.051% to 7.058%, which led to an increase in her share in the company’s authorized capital from 7.059% to 7.067%. These changes were registered on July 31, 2006.
