Magnesite Industrial Complex has already retrained 3893 employees in January and February 2006. Such retraining scheme meets the requirements of the quality management system. As the company’s spokesperson said to UrBC representative, there are currently 11,427 people working, of whom 9,585 (87.7%) are in the workforce and over 1,800 (16.3%) are the managers, specialists and white-collar workers.
