The average rental prices of Yekaterinburg’s industrial spaces dropped by 24.8% between July 2019 and January 2020 (down to RUB 53,560 per facility a month), domofond.ru’s research findings indicate. The rental prices of commercial spaces dropped by 3.3% (down to RUB 59,000 a month) in the course of the last six months; those of office spaces dropped by 0.3% (down to RUB 24,288). Вернуться назад |
