The average price of a laptop came to RUB 37,300 on the Ural market in the second quarter of 2019; this exceeds the figures for one year earlier by 7%, Svyaznoy/Euroset’s PR Department reports. ‘Laptops keep growing more expensive at RUB 37,300 per unit on average, which is 7% more than one year earlier. Users go for costlier versions intended for hardware-intensive computer games and compatible with advanced image editing software,’ says Head of Svyaznoy/Euroset Ural Alexander Voronin. 89,000 laptops (total worth: RUB 3.3bn) got sold on the Ural market in January-June 2019 altogether.
