MMK Supports Online Job-Hunting Service in Magnitogorsk

25.12.2018
UrBC, Magnitogorsk, December 25, 2018. A new online job-hunting service opens in Magnitogorsk with support from Magnitogorsk Iron & Steel Works (MMK), Magnitogorsk Council, and G.I. Nosov Magnitogorsk State Technical University. Rustatus.pro is a platform that aims to bring students, colleges, and enterprises closer together, MMK’s press service reports.

The project is meant to help potential employees find the best working conditions and to help employers select the most competitive applicants. Every applicant will have a personal web page within the platform, with data updates ensured through regular user surveys.

‘The goal is to give the people still in college an opportunity to build on the background that will make them more competitive than other applicants in the future. Their CVs will be gradually taking shape and they’ll enter the job market with a certain expertise, skills, and knack of organizational tips,’ says head of RUSTATUS.PRO Dmitri Basharov.

MMK, in its turn, works to introduce new ways of hiring people as well. For one, the company recently launched its Robot Recruiter Program, designed by MMK HR Department and MMK InformService. The primary function of this job opening management system is to make all the recruitment procedures transparent and to cut down on the amount of time it takes to find a skilled worker.

Robot Recruiter posts all the information on new job openings on MMK company portal automatically. An applicant only needs to select the vacancy they are interested in and fill in the CV/application form.
