Aeroflot: No International Hub In Yekaterinburg

UrBC, Moscow, November 6, 2018. Aeroflot Group is planning on putting up a number of additional air bases throughout the country under the company’s new strategy. There will appear an international hub in Krasnoyarsk and three bases in Sochi, Yekaterinburg, and Novosibirsk, the air carrier’s press service reports.

The goal is to enable the airline to raise its international transit traffic from 5m passengers in 2017 to 10m-15m by 2023, and to triple the number of Aeroflot’s short-range domestic flights from 7m passengers in 2017 to 19m by 2023.
