UrBC, Moscow, October 5, 2018. 19% out of 2.5 million businesses operating in Russia finished last year off in the red, Russia’s Federal Tax Service’s data indicate. Another 27% made no profits in the financial year 2017. Now the Federal Tax Service’s report covered companies that did not go into liquidation officially but in actuality stopped operating.
