UrBC, Yekaterinburg, July 25, 2018. MegaFon is now Russia’s first ISP/mobile carrier to offer its customers Digital Hiring Service. You can now hire shop assistants, cashiers, waiters, clerks, and call center employees all over Russia using AI and digital technologies, the company press service says. You can rely on MegaFon’s professionals to find the right candidates for you in under three days. According to Antal’s recent survey of recruiting experts, 81% of both Russian and international companies are already switching to digital HR logistics. MegaFon can now make the entire search for new staff — from creating the candidate’s profile to welcoming the new staff member on their first day at work — automated. The service is based on MegaFon’s tech partner Skillaz’s special-purpose platform. First, the platform is used for automatic candidate evaluation against several key criteria.
