The solemn awarding ceremony took place in Plenipotentiary Representative of Russian Federation President in Ural Federal District’s office.

Pipe-Rolling Department’s foreman Viktor Amelin, head of Vysota 239 Department’s Pipe-Welding Section Vassily Fadeev, and hot-roll mill operator from the plant’s Pipe-Rolling Department Sergey Kulikov were awarded the honorary titles of Russia’s Honored Metallurgist.

Pipe-Rolling Department’s hot-roll mill operator Oleg Larin and Pipe-Welding Department’s electrician Evgeny Nurov were both awarded medals of the For Merit to the Fatherland Order (II). Both workers have been employed with ChTPZ for many years now.

‘ChelPipe Group is one of the most advanced companies in the metallurgical sector at the moment. We have a number of ambitious goals that couldn’t be achieved without our highly skilled, highly involved workers’ contribution. Their efforts to boost the company’s development in particular and the metallurgical industry’s growth in general have been acknowledged both within this company and by the state itself. I congratulate our metallurgical workers on their well-deserved awards,’ said ChelPipe Group’s shareholder Andrei Fedorov.
