UrBC, Moscow, August 7, 2017. The number of housing construction fraud victims rose to 46,000 people, RIA Novosti refers to Russia’s Construction & Public Utilities Minister Mikhail Men as stating. According to Men, all these people are now on the special federal and regional help lists. Sixty-nine Russian federal constituencies have been affected, even though most of the fraud victims are based in only ten of them. A special information system will be launched in Russia early next year to provide data on all the housing construction projects not yet commissioned.
