UrBC, Yekaterinburg, June 20, 2017. Sverdlovsk Region’s housing supply reached 109.2m m2 as of late 2016, which was 1.5% more than one year previously. There are currently 25.2 m2 of per capita living space in the area, Sverdlovskstat reports. The housing supply mostly consists of stone and brick buildings (35.7% of the entire amount), with a share of prefabricated and wooden buildings as well (25.6% and 17%, respectively).
