Oleg Sienko Chairs Association Vagonostroiteley Meeting3.06.2016 |

UrBC, Yekaterinburg, June 3, 2016. Ural Vagon Zavod Corporation Director-General and Chair of Association Vagonostroiteley Non-Profit Partnership of Producers and Users of Railway Rolling Stock Oleg Sienko chaired the association’s recent meeting in Sochi, the company press service reports. The meeting was attended by representatives of major railcar-building plants, components and spare parts manufacturers, and research institutes. The agenda of the meeting covered points on the partnership’s further work and the most important tasks for the year 2016. Sienko pointed out that while the railcar manufacturers had some difficulties to cope with, the national government took a set of measures to ensure more regulation as well as to promote demand for rolling stock, which would help the industry recover in production, investment, and social corporate responsibility terms.
