ChTZ sends B10M bulldozer to Armenia

13.11.2015
UrBC, Yekaterinburg, November 13, 2015. Chelyabinsk Tractor Plant/ChTZ (a member enterprise of Ural Vagon Zavod Corporation) shipped its B10M bulldozer to Armenia; this is the first order shipment to Armenia this year so far, the company press service reports.

The mechanical-gear bulldozer is meant for one of the country’s natural gas-producing companies. The vehicle will be used for O&M of pipelines.

The delivery was arranged through the plant’s Armenian dealer, which already supplied to such bulldozers to one of the state ministries last year. These two bulldozers are now used for construction work.

Armenia joined the Customs Union (Russia, Byelorussia, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan) this year.

‘This means that our produce has the same status as that produced on Armenia’s home market, which will score us some extra points in the choice between our product and its foreign counterparts, including Chinese ones. Also, we are currently negotiating with the country’s other major customers because we know Armenia needs our vehicles, both B10M bulldozers and heavier tractors,’ says the plant’s International Sales Director Alexander Sergeyev.
