Ural Airlines' revenues exceed 29bn RUR in 2013

April 30, 2014. Ural Airlines held its 20th 'anniversary' general annual meeting on April 28, 2014. The agenda of the meeting comprised the following: electing the Board of Directors, approving of the company's Annual Report 2013 and of the annual accounting report, distribution of profit at the end of the financial year, and related party transactions, the airline's press service reports.

The main positive factors that ensured an increase in the company's production output last year were: flight safety, highly skilled staff, expanded fleet of vehicles, start of the construction of a new hangar facility (the most advanced in Russia at the moment), and renewal of the airline's IOSA compliance certificate until 2016. Besides, Ural Airlines introduced more destinations in 2013, expanded its sales network, established more partnerships, and launched its own service programs, for example, Amadeus Altea.

The airline's revenues amounted to 29,199,820,000 RUR in 2013, its net profit came to 206,659,000 RUR. The annual general meeting agreed on the dividend of 300 RUR per share in accordance with the Federal Joint Stock Companies Act. The dividend is to be paid in cash.
