December 10, 2013. In November 2013, the consumer price index for all the goods and services in Sverdlovsk Region was 100,7% against October 2013, Sverdlovksstat officially reports. The food items index was 101% including strong drinks and 101.1% excluding them. Alcohol prices went up by 0.3% compared with October 2013.
