December 4, 2013. Uralkhimmash issued 4,900,000,000 RUR worth of ordinary registered uncertified shares recently, the plant reports. The issue’s serial state number is 1-01-31352-D-001D, dated October 8, 2013. ‘The number of securities issued and the face value of each particular security is 4,900,000 and 1 RUR, respectively,’ the plant’s message states.
