The amount of goods produced by Sverdlovsk Region’s defense industry will be nearly 30% greater in 2012 than in 2011, the region’s Industry & Science Minister Vladislav Pinayev says. The share of military and special-purpose products comes to about 50% of all the goods produced in the defense sector.
