EVRAZ Kachkanar Ore Mining & Processing Plant and EVRAZ Vysokogorsky Ore Mining & Processing Plant decided not to pay any share dividend for 2011. This decision was taken at the annual general meetings. The following people were elected onto EVRAZ Kachkanar Ore Mining & Processing Plant’s Board of Directors: Giacomo Carlo Baizini, Konstantin Lagutin, Sergey Napolskikh, Oleg Ponomarev, and Yelena Zhavoronkova. The following people were elected onto EVRAZ Vysokogorsky Ore Mining & Processing Plant’s BOD: Giacomo Carlo Baizini, Igor Korotayev, Konstantin Lagutin, Oleg Ponomarev, and Yelena Zhavoronkova.
