Mayor of Yekaterinburg Alexander Yakob met Mayor of Kostanay (the Republic of Kazakhstan) Gauez Nurmukhambetov. The officials from the near abroad arrived in Yekaterinburg to look into the city’s experience in the field of housing construction. The Kostanay delegation also comprised head of Kostanay Region Architecture & City Planning Administration Sara Umarova, head of Kostanay Council Construction Department Raikhan Urdabayeva, and some representatives of the building industry.
