Finishing Work Directorate 1 calls off claim against US BAES

OOO Finishing Work Directorate 1 called off its claim against US BAES from Sverdlovsk Region Arbitration Court; the plaintiff originally insisted on the latter’s being declared bankrupt.

Now US BAES is a daughter enterprise of Uralenergostroy Management Company that was set up to supervise the building and assembly jobs at Beloyarskaya nuclear power station’s BH 800 generating unit. OOO Finishing Work Directorate 1 had claimed earlier that the defendant owed them over 7m RUR.
