IES Holding and Evraz group S.A. signed an agreement on the sale of Sverdlovsk Region-based Kachkanar power station (a member of TGK-9). The station will be sold to EVRAZ Kachkanarsky Ore Mining & Processing Plant (EVRAZ KGOK). The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of December 2011, after all the formalities have been fully processed. Вернуться назад |
