MRSK Urala to skip dividend

MRSK Urala, the Urals’ interregional electricity distribution network supervisor, had its top managers rotated recently. It was decided at the annual general meeting that the company’s BOD Chairman and General Director of MRSK Holding Nikolai Shvets should leave; the same was true of I.D.M Electricity Distribution Management (Cyprus) Limited Moscow representation’s director Konstantin Shevchenko, OAO FSK EES First Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board Sergey Ivanov, head of I.D.M Electricity Distribution Management (Cyprus) Limited Moscow representation’s Corporate Department Svetlana Muravyova, head of MRSK Holding’s Pricing Department Yuri Pankstyanov, a representative of Sovet Rynka non-commercial partnership Sergey Popovskiy, and director of MRSK Holding’s Strategy & Development Center Andrei Lukin.

The stockholders also agreed that the dividend for the year 2009 should be omitted. The company’s 1.053 billion RUR worth of net profit will be directed to the reserve fund (52.553 million RUR) and production development (1.001 billion RUR).
