Bank Petrovskiy to pass dividend

Uralkhimmash BOD suggested that the stockholders should pass the common registered stock and preferred type A stock dividend for 2008 in the course of an AGM. The meeting itself took place on April 30, 2009.

OAO NOMOS-Bank’s Board of Directors suggested that the company’s stockholders vote for passing the dividends on preferred registered stock as well as the dividends on common registered stock for the year 2010 at the upcoming AGM. The annual general meeting has been scheduled for April 18, 2011. The other points on the agenda cover issues related to the annual report approval and profit distribution as well as appointing the supervisory board and the audit commission members.

OAO Sverdlovsk Energy Service Company’s Board of Directors suggested that the plant’s shareholders decide not to pay the dividend for the year 2009 on Type A common or registered stock. The agenda of the AGM, scheduled for June 11, 2010, also covers issues related to the early dismissal of ZAO IrkutskEnergoStroy from the position of Sverdlovsk Energy Service’s management company.
