Court looks into builder’s debt claim

Sverdlovsk Region Arbitration Court keeps looking into the numerous claims laid against Uralstalkonstruktsiya Trust’s General Contractor Projects Administration, the spokesperson for the court says.
On August 5, 2009, the court considered the claim laid by PromBytPol; the plaintiff insisted on being paid 1,857,257.24 RUR by Uralstalkonstruktsiya Trust’s General Contractor Projects Administration. In the end, the hearing of the case was put off until September 24, 2009.
In fact, another claim was processed as early as July 6, 2009; this claim was laid against the defendant by Ural Trade & Construction Company and involved 535,300 RUR worth of Uralstalkonstruktsiya Trust’s General Contractor Projects Administration’s debts. The claim was partially sustained by the court.
What is more, a claim placed against the defendant by Center - Complex Security Systems was considered on May 28, 2009 and partially sustained by the court.
Finally, the clash between Kuznetskiye Metallokonstruktsii and Uralstalkonstruktsiya Trust was resolved through a voluntary settlement.
